Warranty Policy

Every product you buy from Lyziwraps comes with a 30 day limited warranty. The warranty applies to products that have been confirmed as defective by Lyziwraps, which may be repaired or replaced (at our sole discretion).

Delivery / Shipping Policy

All items indicated to be in-stock are shipped within 24 hours of the time the order is placed. A confirmation email will be sent once the item leaves our warehouse and include a USPS tracking number if the item is shipped Priority or Express. Please note that first-class shipments will not include a tracking number. If you do not receive your shipment within 5 business days, please contact customer service by email (info@lyziwraps.com) or by phone (303-592-1224).

Return Policy

A full refund is available for most items returned in new condition within 30 days of the shipment date. IMPORTANT: All returns to Lyziwraps must include an original receipt.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you have placed with Lyziwraps, please contact customer service by email (info@lyziwraps.com) or by phone (303-592-1224). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your oder as long as it has not been shipped yet. Pleae note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can return the item for a refund within 30 days (minus the shipping costs).
